Improvement of query response.

My previous review of this company was a complaint about their lack of response and assistance regarding a query I had. On the day of that review, I brought the issue to their attention, and I was met with a pleasant response that alleviated my displeasure. After my query was clarified, I received decent general information relevant to my inquiry. Despite the initial lack of response, the positive interaction over email has convinced me to continue using this company in the future. However, I do hope that I will not encounter the same lack of response as I did previously.
