Horrible service from platinum repairs

I have send my cellphone in through Outsurance for them to repair my phone, they only needed to repair the screen but wanted to repair the back cover as well. The receptionists at Platinum repairs acted as the manager when I asked to speak to one and hung up on me when I asked if they would be happy to wait two weeks and still have nothing done with their phone. They had a lot of contradicting stories. I eventually got hold of the manager Celeste, who said they just need to put a back cover up but couldn't get the same colour I had before. I asked if I could just get my phone back, if it is working, I don't care about the colour of the back cover as long as my phone is working and I want it the following day which is the 13th of February 2021. After Out Surance and platinum repairs agreed, I got my phone back more damaged than it was before at 14:45 on a Saturday.
