Highly annoyed
Would not recommend using Platinum Repairs for any workmanship on Apple devices.
Was instructed by my insurance company on a claim that Platinum Repairs will be proceeding with repairing my device.
Upon receiving the device back from Platinum Repairs: 1. The camera placement was incorrect. 2. The screen fitted to my phone is most definitely not OEM Apple screen as the quality is significantly less than an original Apple screen. 3. Screen flickers when locking the device. 4. Placement of the back glass not installed correctly as per Apple standards - is this part also not an OEM Apple part?
