Great Service, great communication, happy customer.
Great experience having my phone repaired through Naked Insurance - communication was great, I needed to follow up at one point, but I got quick feedback when I did and my phone looked brand new when I got it back.
The repair did take a few weeks as they needed to order stock, so I needed to arrange a loan phone, but it was worth it to have my device back in such good condition with quality (not cheap generic) parts used.
Would definitely recommend them.
