Grateful My Insurers Use Them

My experience with Platinum Repairs was excellent. They arrived when they said they would and did what they promised. And when I had an issue after the repair is was handled very professionally. My interactions with the staff have also been exceptional. The initial technician was very friendly. The driver who collected my phone later was great and Suzan was always very helpful and friendly when I phoned the office.
