<p>I am sure you can agree it is not often these days, that you receive great customer service. Being in the same industry i dont take rating companies lightly. So here's the story, my phone fell and the screen cracked, impairing the functionailty. I called Outsurance and lodged my claim, the entire value chain of customer experience was just wonderful at each touch point. </p> <p>Check this out. Outsurance lodged the claim at 13:43pm on the 1st of August 2017, at 14:07pm, 24 minutes later. I received a form to fill from Platinum Repairs, i completed it and sent it back immediately given the fact that i use the phone for business it was urgent. Celeste from Platinum Repairs was simply amazing and booked a date for repair immediately and gave the appriopiate feedback to ensure that i understood what is going to happen each step of the way. The Technician by the name of Hope was professional and courteous and completed the job on time.
