Long story short, I accidentally broke my phone.

As it was an insurance claim and being the end of the year with work commitments, I took my time submitting the claim.

Momentum continuously followed up to check when I would be ready to submit to allow for the claim to be processed. I finally submitted with Platinum Repairs being assigned as the repair agents.

The Platinum Repairs team where friendly and efficient with continuous comms via email and calls to keep me updated on the progress of my claim from collection all the way through to my phone being delivered back to me and even a little thank you pack or rascals in the box with my repaired phone.
