A big thank you to Platinum Repairs. Firstly, the repair to my iPad was quick and excellent, but more importantly, the customer service was out of this world. Our budget was tight so I got dozens of quotes. Not only was their price excellent, but they were the ONLY company to come back to me after quoting to see if I was satisfied, if their price was competitive- they really put effort into getting my business.
