My phone was taken to them for repairs, its such a joy to work with them. They update you telephonically, sms and email so you are informed on the progress of your device. I am glad my insurance recommended them as communication is what they excel in. You dont have to wonder what is taking place. Even their office is easily accessible with a friendly Receptionist.
