My phone wasn’t working, logged a ticket and they told me the technician will come and collect my phone, in Two hours technician ( Hope) arrive and took my phone that was Wednesday late , even though I kept calling him , he was patient answering all my concerns, he never had any attitude and Saturday late I got my phone , I really appreciate the good service from everyone who was involved especially Hope.
