Absolutely Pathetic Service !!
Sent my phone in for glass replacement - took a week for this to be done and sent back to me, finally get the phone only to discover the sound doesn't work. They take it back to see what the problem is, 3 days later I had to call in to check, the lady tells me they ordered a loudspeaker to replace !!! I am not sure why as there were no issues with the phone only a cracked glass, the sound worked perfectly fine !! Bear in mind this a 2019 edition Huawei. Scratches ,at the back of the device ,etc. I am really not happy with the attitude and empty promises and feedback . I cannot understand how insurance companies use such *********** service providers !! I will definitely be giving them a piece of my mind !!
