Lucian, Suzan, Melany for all you assistance via phone and email and for organizing, your technician to come out to my premises, to assess my mobile device and send my insurer the assessment report, as part of an insurance claim. You were outstanding and made me feel valued as a customer throughout the entire process.

To Mr. T, the technician who arrived at my premises to assess the mobile device, you were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and addressed all my questions and concerns with care. An absolute gentlemen and outstanding employee.

You all made the process, simple for me, from start to finish and treated me as though I mattered and I felt the entire time that I was a valued customer and for that I would like to commend you and say than you very much.
