Unprofessional - Platinum Appliance Repairs

Platinum Appliance Repairs came to repair my TV screen in mid January and they wanted me to pay cash and they will give me an invoice plus the damage report so that I can claim back from the insurance. Till today they never send it and I tried to call and text them, they just ignore my calls. Right now my TV screen is going dark again and these ****** are still ignoring me.
