SHOCKING SERVICE

Platinum Appliance Repairs repaired my TV at a cost of R1000. They used 2nd hand parts from damaged TV's and gave me a remote that is patched up with sellotape. The buttons at the bottom of the TV do not work and I cannot get them to come and rectify this problem. They pass the buck from one person to another and they do not give invoices so they are dodging SARS as well.
