My experience was ex...
My experience was extremely bad and heartbreaking...a male person by the name Leon sold me a nissan micra turbo tekna plus that was involved in an accident and denied...the car started giving me problems within 2months I reported the matter to Leon and he kept on giving me false hope, when my car was 5months old it knocked the engine I reported the matter to Leon immediately he refused to take responsibility...It's been almost 9months without a car and Leon it's no where to be found...but anyway karma knows everybody's address...Leon is a devil shame

We went back and reviewed the issues you are referring to. We know that there was an issue with the boost pipe initally, and we assisted and advised you to take the vehicle to Nissan for repair as the vehicle was still under Warranty. After Nissan fixed the issue, the boost pipe came off again, and Nissan addressed it once more and fixed the issue.
However, a significant time later, you contacted our sales executive, Leon saying that steam is coming out of the engine area. Leon then advised you to stop immediately and get the car towed. Despite this you then proceeded to drive the car to your home. The vehicle was then towed to Nissan from your home. You admitted to Nissan that although warning lights were evident you continued to drive the vehicle. This caused the engine to overheat and a blown head gasket.
Although the vehicle was still under Warranty, Nissan advised you that the damage was caused by customer negligence and will not be covered under a warranty repair. We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred due to your negligence.
