Bad Service Platinum Wheels

I had recently purchased a car from Platinum Wheels on the 11th of March and 15 days later i discovered there's a problem with the brakes and the entire performance of the vehicle. I took the car back immediately after finding out about the faults , I recommended on getting a new car and till today I did not get another car. I had to be the one who had to do the follow ups on a new vehicle no efforts were made or any updates. The entire service was poor. Now I've been told that my old vehicle will be sold but the trade in price will be very low. How is it my fault cause the vehicle was not to standard to begin with.

Hi Busisiwe, we have escalated your review to the owners of Platinum Wheels in order to get feedback from the team about what happened. Regarding the issue, your sales executive did immediately offer to collect the vehicle from you personally to send it in for an assessment in order to fix any issues. After you dropped off the vehicle, you explained the issues and the car was sent in the next day. Your complaint on the vehicle was that the brakes were spongy and that the vehicle didn't have power. The workshop found the following on the vehicle, right front rubber brake line was damaged and leaking brake fluid causing the issue you experienced. They have ordered a new brake line and will fit it once the part arrives. The no power issue can only be tested once the brakes are restored. We made every effort to assist you in getting the vehicle repaired as quick as possible, but you insisted on returning the vehicle which unfortunately incurs costs. You are welcome to contact the owners of Platinum Wheels if you want to discuss this further.
