I wanted to take some time to formally recognize Dwayne Forssman for his hard work in helping me with a new purchase & trade in of one of my vehicles from Durban to JHB . I was in a very stressful situation looking a replacement vehicle for my son but when we got to Dwayne, and I am happy to report that this did not deter Dwayne from giving me excellent service. He kept his composure during this time and really assisted me in the process. This also helped calm me and my family down as purchasing a vehicle between two provinces is a process of note and could be quite stressful bearing in mind not physically seeing the vehicle or taking it for a test drive.

I was kept in the loop every day without me having to ask for feedback or an update.
