Platinum warranty the worst

They ripping people off as nothing is seen as a valid warranty claim. my brother booked in his laptop that died on him and was told it is not a valid warranty claim also that the laptop is out of warranty but clearly not as when you look at the purchase date the unit is not even a year old. Please people they are ripping customers off and vodacom really need to reconsider using them as there preferred repair centre. I called there repair centre 5 times on different days and he always seem to be to busy to take calls from clients so i left messages asking for the manager to call me but haven't received one call from the manager. He needs to be fired. I hope more people will start complaining about the service so that Vodacom get rid of them
