Thank You Miss Tizneen Hoffman

When my laptop gave me problems and I took it to Vodacom I was told that I would have to contact Platinum Warranty myself and they will pick up the laptop for repairs. Since I had not heard of this company I decided it would be prudent to look them up online, and imagine my horror at the reviews I read. I was in a panic but since the laptop was still under warranty I had to call them up. What a wonderful surprise that was... Miss Tizneen Hoffman has been really courteous, professional and prompt in all her interactions with me. Even when I would send her numerous emails in a day asking for clarification she was patient and informative and most importantly she set all my fears to rest. I received my laptop and the problems were sorted out to my satisfaction.
