STAY AWAY FROM USELESS PLATINUM WARRANTY!

NEVER use these useless Platinum Warranty. I bought a HP laptop through Vodacom. I sent the Vodacom slips through to them, that has everything on the paper.They can't read, and want a slip that is faded, and of no use before they help me to repair my HP laptop.How many braincells do you have to have to work for Platinum Warranty! They are useless and pathetic, even with documentation that supply all the proof they want!
