Seamless Repair Process :)

Had my laptop for about 7 months and the battery started failing, switching off when it gets to 40%, took it to vodacom and they advised that I need to contact Platinum Warranty. Within an hour of sending them an e-mail I received a call arranging to pick the laptop up from my house,

The next day the laptop was collected and all processes were accompanied by sms and e-mail updates, 2 days later I received an sms confirming that that the laptop has been repaired and ready to be sent back to me, 3rd day, the courier knocked at my door at 8h30am :)

Talk about an amazing service, gratitude towards everyone who made this a smooth journey!
