I don't even think I can give a star for the service I received. I purchased a HP laptop from cell c in april and after 2 months my space key did not work anymore. I sent back my laptop and it came back repaired and undamaged. After another 2 months I opened my laptop and I just heard a crackling noise, When I switched the laptop on I could see the laptop was cracked on the inside, I however only use the laptop on weekends seeing that I do have a work laptop. This was a brand new laptop so how could this laptop be broken after 6 months in. They refused to fix it seeing that they say I caused physical damage to the laptop, which I know I did not, neither could they give me evidence that the physical evidence were caused by me. Please read below the message I send them. They however still refused to repair the device and I just had to pay R 625 FOR NOTHING!

I do not agree with your findings. I do however know that this could be the case, that the laptop did get bumped somewhere between yourself and the shipping to Cell C and the screen cracked. The day I opened the laptop and heard the crackling sound it cracked further, therefore obviously it would seem that the damage was caused by me. Seeing that I cannot prove this is your fault and neither can you prove that I sustained physical damage to the laptop, I therefore reject your quotation. Please be advised to check your product and shipping, I might not be the only client that has this problem!
