Reeping people off (platinum warranty)

I booked a laptop a week ago with an error message saying that preparing automatic repair tried hard resetting I couldn't so I decided to book it in. Next minute I'm getting a quote stating my laptop is liquid damaged I have never ever regretted sending my laptop to them and wanted R6320. A few minutes later I get another quote of R9200 and when I called asking them what's going on nobody has answers. Sent an email to complaints and they are worse and now I'm afraid that they'll pour water on my laptop on purpose because I am not letting this go. I want it back and I am not willing to pay back R199 and I'll only pay the courier amount for my laptop to get back to me. I understand that we are all going through a head time but to lie just because you want money. I hope you who ever the person is that **** gets their punishment one day. One day.
