Reaping me off

<p>Platinum warranty collected the laptop from my work place and now they claimed the laptop was once open hence Warranty is invalid. I have never opened the laptop. It means Telkom sold me a second hand laptop. Either Platinum warranty is reaping me off or Telkom.</p>
