Poor serivces

I received a phone call and a sms on the 21st of December 2017 to say that the device will be delivered on the 5th of January 2018. This was not the ideal as the laptop was meant as a present for my husband for christmas.

Then at 10:00am on the 22nd of December I received an sms to say that the device will be delivered on the same day, the 22nd, between 9am and 3pm, and that I must inspect the parcel upon receipt. We stayed home the whole day waiting for this delivery, alas nothing was delivered. I wasted a whole ****** day waiting for the delivery, time that I will not get back.

This morning the at 06:03 I received another sms to say that they were not able to deliver my parcel and to ensure that my deliver is not cancelled I must phone ********** 001, of which the voice message say that the office hours are from Monday to Friday.
