Platinum Warranty:********** service

I have taken my laptop for repairs with Platinum Warranty and assisted by Bulelwa Nina from the following office :Platinum Warranty Desk,c/o LetMeRepair Service and Consulting (PTY) LTD,17 Hammer Avenue Unit F6, Mikro Industrial Park , 2169 Strydom Park. my REF number-RN*** When i handed in my HP laptop was in good condition and still under warranty. They then sent me the pictures with broken edge stating that my laptop shows signs of previously disassembled, ram dislodged and broken top cover LCD hinge mounts -therefore warranty will not cover for it. I would have to pay R3856.70. I told them that it was packaged nicely by me and the courier guy even mentioned that we need to put it in the box to avoid any damages. I am dismayed by the pictures they have sent me. Warranty is now taking time to repair my laptop. I am disgusted by the their ********** service.
