worst company every all they do is delay tactics and never contact back it is nothing but a fight to get anything done by them if you have a warranty though them i suggest u return the item and get a full refund cause they will never uphold the warranty without a battle from using excuses like the number is not on our system to send a courier when it is on site repair. they a ****** and try cheat you at every turn.
