Platinum Warranty sucks

My laptop broken as I was closing it *****s popped out which broke the hinge. That can only indicate that the *****s were not *****ed correctly. It took 2weeks for the device to be picked up for fix. I was told that to fix my laptop it would cost R8700+ I than requested that it's sent back with out repairs and was instructed to make a payment of R675. And the device will be returned when payment reflect so I decided to make an immediate payment how2i received the laptop after I have complained over 2 weeks. Only to discover that the charger returned with the device does not belong to the device. Platinum Warranty gives automated answers they show on remorse and show no sense of urgency disappointing services.
