PLATINUM WARRANTY OFFERS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

Absolute ******* service from Platinum Warranty!!! (1 Star is extremely generous) Since 14 Sep 2022 I requested for them to collect my laptop for repairs, and it was only collected on the 30 Sep 2022. But that's not the worst. Now they have finally replaced the faulty keyboard, and only after this discovered that the laptop was tampered with, and that it's no longer under warranty. Why only after replacing the keyboard???
