Platinum Warranty

So I have 3 years warranty on my Asus gaming laptop. within a yeah the screen failed as a technical fault from the suppliers.

Now again, my GPU fan failed. After it was delivered they blamed me for damaging the unit and did not want to repair the unit. So after a 3 week battle, they agreed to repair it.

After the agreement, they stated it will take 8 - 12 weeks just to get the parts.

Please note I handed my laptop in on the 27/02/2024 and get notified that I will only receive the unit after 04/06/2024.

Please avoid these people where ever you can
