Laptop replacement by Platinum Warranty

My laptop was collected by Platinum Warranty technician to get it checked as it stopped switching ON after few months it was bought.

I've been calling weekly and being advised that I will be called to get a replacement as the issue was the motherboard and not on my side. It's been a month now, I haven't received any calls and every time I call I am told that I will be called back for the replacement arrangement. I am paying monthly for a laptop that is not with me.

I am so disappointed and annoyed by this service.
