Getting my laywer for Platinum Warranty!

Platinum Warranty is a ****! They email you to say a courier will phone to say when and where they will collect your device...no one phones, they just pitch up! Then you wait 3 weeks without hearing anything from them, email to ask, now you get charged R199 for assessment, R470 for the collection and over R6000 to fix the laptop....the laptop was not even R6000 when I bought it! This is ridiculous. I want my laptop back without paying a cent to these ****** or I'm suing Platinum Warranty!
