We called in and asked Junita to give us some answers to questions that we had. I have a history in insurance. So I knew what I expecting to hear and the service that I expected. Junita was an ace. She helped us where she could but once she was out of her league she referred us to a consultant. She did not try to make herself a know it all. Now if she could be like that then I trust platinum life. The company must also be just as honest. Thank you.
