Faulty Laptop BAD service

I have no words for this company and the service we have received. We have complained and called the service just gets dragged. Our third faulty laptop from there suppliers. You send mail to be called back nothing happens. I have asked numerous times for a manager to call me, no call at all. Clive has been asssiting me but seems he has no interest in my complaint.
