DO NOT TRUST THEM

DO NOT SEND YOUR LAPTOP TO THEM!!!

I had an issue where my laptop of 8 months screen broke. They told me the warranty doesnt cover physical damage and I agreed to it all since the laptop was closed and securly on my desk. They informed me that I was the one who broke my own screen by either dropping it or some other form of physical violence TO THE ONLY LAPTOP THAT I HAVE in the 9 HOURS IT WAS OFF AND ON MY DESK {I was sleeping}

They proceeded to send me a quote that for some odd reason the Techncians had found some sort of operating system problem that wasnt there when I still had my laptop safely in my hands.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LAPTOP! They will make a fool of you when you know that you did nothing to harm your laptop and they will make **** up to get you to pay more money to them
