Disgusting Service

Unbelievable clearly people at this company needs to go back to training after sending my laptop in for repairs it gets sent back to me and I am told that there is nothing wrong with this laptop. The lady then said we will book it in again. When she read to me what was wrong with my laptop was not even captured correct by the agent that assisted me, secondly they can't read because I was asked to send an email with the fault of the laptop. So this people who looks into the fault of the laptop can't even pick up the problem after it was sent to the agent. What is going on with all this incompetence???? Disgusting and when you ask to speak to a manager they tell you he is not available and cuts the call.
