Platinum Valet Centre

Took my car a suzuki swift for a wash on 26/02/2025, I left open my right side airvent to turn on my aircon and a piece fall out, I turned around and went back to platinum valet centre, Spoked to George (foreman) of the car wash about the broken airvent, and asked him " if he's the guy in charge and why doesn't he see to it that the vechiles doesn't get any damage, he walked around his table as I sat on the chair by the table and picked up his fists and told me I must not get witty.

Luckily my fiancé took a picture of the whole dashboard, the same morning,as i adjusted my reverse camera.

I won't pay R324 for a new airvent, as they are liable for the damages.
