Worst service ever, I went to their shop to buy tiles, their speed point machine kept saying my card was declined, I asked Simba if I could do an EFT, he said yes and provided banking details. I made payment and provided them with POP. Only after making payment he said we needed to wait for funds to clear, I asked him why didn’t he advise me to do an immediate payment or go withdraw cash because the funds will only reflect Monday since it was Saturday. Worst part I had hired a bakkie and I had a person waiting for me at home to do the tiling.

They offered to deliver the tiles once the money clears in their account, I agreed and left. Monday afternoon, I called Simba to check if the funds are reflecting, he said he will check and call me back but never did, Tuesday I called him , he told me that he will call me after 5 minutes but never did. I called he confirmed that the money is reflecting and they will deliver on Tuesday, he later called and said that they are waiting for truck to deliver stock and that I will get my order on Wednesday but didn’t. He has been making excuses after excuses, he even said I can go ahead and write review about them

I asked for a refund since their failing to deliver he said it takes 48 hours to get POP
