****. CEO Mshangane Macha and Manager Sandra Prinsloo

On the 16th Jan 2019 my husband ordered and paid for a 2 in 1 Ozone Facial Steamer & Mag Lamp from this company. He was comunicating with the manager, Mrs. Sandra Prinsloo. On the proforma invoice, it states "Estimated delivery time 5 Days after payment confirmation". My husband emediately paid and sent the proof of payment to Mrs. Prinsloo. After 5 days went by, my husband contacted her and asked for the tracking nr. - No reply, he phoned her on the 24th Jan and she said she will sms it to him. 25th Jan I contacted her to find out what the tracking nr. Is and right after telling her who I am and what I want she acted like she couldn't hear me and dropped the call, I could hear her clearly. I phoned again and now she could hear me, but told me she doesn't heve the tracking number with her and she dropped the call again. Since this occuring we tried phoning again and again, but no answers. On Friday 25th I sent her an email, giving her 24 hours in business days to send us the tracking Nr. Or we will be making a case against her and the company. No one has rep**** and today is the 28th. We think this is a **** and we are trying to get our money back. R2380
