Worse Service in the history of property sales.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with a real estate company. I purchase a property via Platinum residential. On the OTP that Platinum drafted it stated that the plans were outstanding, however, there were few steps to follow through with, which was a lie and secondly a huge factor when buying a property, the estate agent failed to mention the reason for the sale was a Suicide on the property. Even after asking is this not a legal obligation to share the information, Platinum had stated no and behavior was appoling. The transfer actually took 1 year to even be completed. My advice never to use Platinum Residential.

This is the most ********* and unprofessional company I worked with and will never recommend them to anyone. In terms of protections, the buyer has non, from the estate agent or even the attorneys that Platinum uses for the sale.
