Theft with no recourse

<p>After years of good service my car was returned to me with its locked cubbyhole forced open and then jammed shut with my umbrella. The driver never bought this to my attention and feined surprise when I asked about it. I complained to management. I was promised feedback on 3 different occassions of which I never received a call. I called and got final feedback which was they do not know who did it and thus no action has happened. I would have let this go by if I had not seen a theft review on Hello Peter for the same period. They obviously have a problem and are not actioning it. I thus do not feel comfortable using their service knowing they have a ***** in employ. Hopefully this review illicits action from them on the problem as I would then gladly use their services again.</p>
