BAD SERVICE - NO REGARD FOR CONSUMER ACT
Long story short, we ordered 2x20l roof rubber paint and 1x5l stoep paint. Paid like they quoted where it state in include the delivery. They forgot to send one of the 20l's. They want us to pay for the delivery again. I send screenshot of consumer act. They send the 20l now, but refuse to pay back the money we already paid for 2nd delivery. BAD BAD SERVICE!
