Most satisfying used car buying experience!!!

Thoroughly satisfied with the service & transparency in our transaction!!! Bought my Toyota Landcruiser 200VX (stock) from Mahindra Rustenburg's pre-owned inventory 3 months ago. Mr. Jean Lotz (my sales contact) was very professional & exceptionally helpful. I bought the vehicle remotely (from Luxembourg), which I'd never recommend but Mr Lotz was very responsive, sent live detailed pictures & videos of the vehicle's location (before & after payment, email & WhatsApp responses were always within 30 mins... always picked up my calls)... also the deal was too good to pass up. I set an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection with a Toyota dealership & Mr. Lotz dropped the vehicle off for the day at Toyota... I got the report, a "clean bill of health" as advertised. A couple of weeks later when I flew in to pick it up they'd had the car valeted, detailed & most importantly had performed the annual service... which was confirmed when I sent it for the post purchase service at Toyota. Just came back from a major shakedown of the VX; a spirited drive over 5000km of mixed types of back roads in the last 2 weeks... the thing hasn't missed a beat, still intact no rattles or things falling apart. One of the best & most satisfying car buying experience I've ever had.
