Dangerous service department

Had to change my rating after my last service done on the 14th of July 2021 on my Mahindra XUV500. First of all, I explicitly told them that my TPMS sensor was not working and needed to be replaced, however when I went to get my car this was not done at all after some arguing with the technician he said he will speak to his workshop manager but I did not get feedback! Secondly: a week later on the 22nd July 2021 I tried to start my car but the motor would not even turn, initially I thought my battery had gone which was weird because 30 minutes earlier it started with no problems and all the lights and systems was working 100%. I then started to fault find and noticed when I try to start my car there was smoke coming out of the engine compartment and a friend of mine saw sparks near the starter. Lo and behold there was the chain spanner they use on the oil filter shorting out between the positive terminal on my starter and the ground on the motor causing the starting problem, the smoke was due to the fact that the oil filter was never properly tightened and was leaking oil right at the point where the chain was shorting out which could have caused a FIRE. I went to Mahindra to speak with the service manager who could not have cared less about the fact that his "technicians" could have burned my car to the ground. Back to the TPMS sensor the manager said he saw the tech test the sensor and was not working, but on the day I went to collect my car after the service the tech told me himself he did not test it AND asked me how does one test/learn these sensors. Please for your own safety STAY AWAY!!!
