First impression

First impression lasts....We were there on the 28th for my friends birthady. The venue setup is beautiful but the service we received was terrible, the waiter we had wasn't taking good care of us. When the booking was made we were promised that the lounge would close at 4 to accommodate colleagues that were coming after work, however when they arrived at half past twelve they were allowed to buy a lot of bottles and then at 01:00am we were told to leave because they are closed. We were not allowed to leave with our alcohol till we called the manager...it was a big fight. I will never ever go to platinum lounge again, you spend money but you are treated like ****.
