Disappointed by Platinum Lounge.

Platinum Lounge Malibongwe Rd, Dawn Street, Cosmo City, Mosteyn Park, 2125 Live Music Buhle Makwakwa 21 points 6 hours ago I was at the lounge last night when I was told that waitresses get first preference to order they own drinks. I was ordering drinks when a lady came next to me to interrupt me. She said she needs to get her drinks first cause she works there and we must wait. When I tried to speak to the supervisor/manager he completely dismissed me saying that it's the protocol. They didn't care but kept laughing. Is this how customers are treated even by supervisors. I felt unvalued at Platinum Lounge as a customer. I could no longer enjoy myself so i left cause i could see them whispering with the same lady and laughing. It was unpleasant cause i couldn't even get served drinks. This place is advertised as the best but yet the supervisors/managers are the ones taking it down. Highly desappointed by Platinum Lounge!
