Zinhle returned a call based on a query. She listened to the. Accepted there was an error and proceeded to rectify it. It was settled in the quickest, most friendliest way possible. I had expected alot of disagree and explaining but was rather met with friend warm assistance. By the end of the con everything was on par. I am very impressed with your skills Zinhle
