WOW - Issue resolved within 3 hours
I would like to commend the Client Care Consultant, Aneshari Padiachy, who was able to assist with my request with a turn around time of less than 3 hours.<br> Impressive for a call centre as call centres in general first send an automated response to say your query has been received and a consultant will be in touch.<br> <br> I commend you for the turn around time and your efficiency.
