Worst salesperson best client care advisor

I received a call from a sales advisor from platinum life, who spun a great story about why my price is going to increase... nothing he said was true and this made me rethink if i should stay a client with the company. Luckly for this bad sales person they have Simone Venter in client care she was friendly, understanding and very knowledgeable she is the only reason why this review ended up being a good one she is amazing. I hope they employ more people like her and fire Nick.
