When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2020, Platinum life enabled me to have the tumour removed and to pay for all treatments, including radiation. I do not have a medical aid and was solely reliable on my Platonum life policy to cover costs. Secondly when I asked for a reduction in monthly payments this month, they immediately guided me in obtaining it.
